The Loft

The Loft, First Presbyterian Church’s library and bookstore, is located on the second floor over the first floor reception area.  The Loft is open during office hours and on Sunday mornings from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.  The Loft, maintained by volunteers, is a wonderful resource for our congregation.

During the week library check-out is self-service with check-out sheets provided at the receptionist’s desk and in the library. On Sundays one of our Loft staff members will be delighted to assist you.

Our Bookstore includes a variety of resources from study tools (study bibles, concordances, commentaries), to children’s books, to books on theology and practical faith application.  We accept cash and checks only.  You can purchase a book during the week by speaking with our welcome desk staff or on Sunday through one of our Loft staff members.

Other resources can also be found in the Loft.  Hard copies as well as CDs of the sermons are made available there each week.  Copies of Eugene Patterson’s New Testament translation “The Message” are available for free to anyone.

Come, stop in, pick up a book and start reading!

Just in - our summer reading recommendations for kids and adults, available for purchase in The Loft!
