Spiritual Mentoring
God intends for us grow in trust and wisdom as we follow Him while leading our families, managing our work and doing our part in the church and community. As we age we look back and realize we have not been on the journey alone and that we gained much wisdom from someone who took the time to walk with us.
As grateful as we are for faithful mentors, we often forget that we too need to be willing to pass on what we have learned. We often feel we are not really qualified or know how to guide others. In the church, we are all called to be spiritual mentors, to strengthen one another through encouragement and faithful prayer. “The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.” I Thess. 5:24
Part of our vision at the Center is to enlist a host of mature Christians who are willing to be obedient to the call of God to walk with and guide another in their walk with Christ.
Watch for news as we train up a group of spiritual companions to serve our family of faith.
