Mary is happy to be on the team at FPC!   She has worked with Hawaiian Islands Ministries since August 2001, initially in the position of Director of Events, and was appointed Executive Director in November 2002.   Mary has an extensive background in corporate business and administration gained from her more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry.  She previously served as Director of Operations and Customer Care at Sprint PCS Hawaii until Sprint PCS closed its Hawaii call center in 2001.  Prior to that, she was Vice President and General Manager for PrimeCo Hawaii (which was purchased by Sprint in January 1999).  Before moving to Hawaii in 1997, Mary held numerous positions with Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic Virginia) including Director of Regulatory Services.
 
Mary has a BS in Public Administration from Virginia Tech and holds an MA in Human Resources from George Washington University.  Mary and her husband Ken were excited to move back to the Hampton Roads area in 2012 after almost a 20-year absence.  This time around they are empty nesters with kids living in Richmond and Arlington.   Currently, Mary and Ken reside in East Beach with their English Bulldog Noulli.   They love to sail and go to the beach!
