Linda Davenport started working in the Business Office in the fall of 2004. Prior to First Presbyterian, she worked as a bookkeeper and property manager for twenty years. 

Linda is a Norfolk native now living in Chesapeake. She has two grown children. Her daughter Toni and her husband Jonathan live in Chesapeake where Toni teaches 5th grade and they have two beautiful children:

Jacob,17, and Madalyn, 10, are Linda's pride and joy. Her son Jonathan lives in Chesapeake and works for LifeNet Health Services as musculoskeletal technician.   

As a life-long Presbyterian, Linda grew up in Coleman Place Presbyterian Church and now attends Cradock Presbyterian Church, where she has had the privilege of serving as an elder and working with the Sunday School.

She is currently the treasurer and financial secretary and active in various areas.

She enjoys spending time with her family (who happen to live next door!), playing with Madalyn, and attending the school events in which Jacob is involved. In her spare time, Linda enjoys camping, sewing, and reading.  

She finds it a privilege to work alongside the staff at FPC and witness where Matthew 28:19 is being carried out.
