WE ENVISION assisting every individual
in our congregation to find themselves on our Spiritual Growth Map (see back
cover) and equipping them to grow spiritually at every stage, with the goal of
moving towards Impacting status, such that 26% of the congregation is in the
Impacting Christian category by 2017.
Foundational Concept of Be Shaped In The Image of Christ: Spiritual Growth is a critical aspect of the Christian faith as we come to know Jesus more and model and submit our lives to His leadership. If we are not helping our congregation grow spiritually, then numerical growth is irrelevant.
