Spiritual Companions

Early Christian mystics devoted their lives to seeking the Lord. These monastic desert mothers and fathers developed beautifully simple, yet profound contemplations and prayers to help us connect to our Lord, Jesus Christ.

In Spiritual Companions we will be drawing closer to Christ through the use of the Breath Prayer, Saint Benedict’s Lectio Divina, and Saint Ignatius of Loyola’s Gospel Contemplation.

Using these ancient practices will help us submit of our own agendas to the will of God.

Join us on the fourth Tuesday of each month as we practice these ancient spiritual disciplines drawing us into the presence of Christ.  As we companion with other believers, we will be able to explore our own spiritual paths and discern God’s promptings.

Spiritual Companions will gather on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7pm:

January 28             April 22
February 25           May 27
March 25
