Foundational Concept of Join the Fellowship:  To truly be one family in a congregation of our size, we must facilitate meaningful relationships between members of our own church.  Small groups are the most effective means of such relationship building.

Q.  What do we mean by "other relational ministries"?  A.  Any ministry that has at its primary purpose the building of friendships.  Small Groups, as the primary example, usually include some study of Scripture, but are designed for life-sharing, not didactic instruction.  Ministries that are primarily educational (like Sunday School) do not fall into this category.
